Online Teaching (Graduate Certificate)


The Graduate Certificate Program in Online Teaching is designed to prepare students for teaching positions in online or other distance education settings in both the K-12 and higher education environments. The certificate provides students with essential knowledge and skills in pedagogy, course development, evaluation, instruction, and other aspects of the educational process in online learning environments.

Admission Requirements

Admission to these programs is contingent upon admission to the Graduate School.


A minimum of eighteen credits is required for this certificate:

Select two from the following courses:

LDT 7310Learning Management Systems4

All coursework must be completed in accordance with the academic procedures of the College of Education and the Graduate School's regulations governing graduate scholarship and degrees.
