AI-Enabled Construction Management (Bridge Graduate Certificate)

Admissions Requirements
Admission to the Bridge Graduate Certificate in AI-Enabled Construction Management is contingent upon admission to Wayne State University’s Graduate School.
The minimum requirements for admission into this program are:
- Bachelor's degree (unofficial transcripts are accepted for the application, but official copies are required if admitted into the program).
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 in the upper division of their undergraduate program OR have at least three years of full-time work experience.
You may enroll either full-time or part-time, but all program requirements must be completed within three years of admission.
The Bridge Graduate Certificate in AI-Enabled Construction Management requires a total of 12 credits, which are listed below.
