A minor in economics requires the completion of the following course work. Twelve credits must be taken at Wayne State University. Students must maintain a cumulative g.p.a. of 2.0 or better in the Economics courses.

|ECO 2020||Principles of Macroeconomics 1||4|
|Three ECO courses at the 2500-level or above 2||12|
Must be passed with a grade of C or better.
ECO 5000, 5050, and 5100 must be passed with a grade of C or better (if included in the minor).
